This is our mission statement. We (Lewis and Becca) started Jacoby Services LLC in December of 2024. As of today January 15th, 2026, we are doing jobs daily. We have since got our St Louis County and Warren County Missouri General Contractors license, (even though it’s not required) This year were here for all the Missouri hailstorms and Tornadoes. We have set our yearly goal of signing at least 3 million in contracts, that will produce at least $1.2 million profit.    

  We are also joining my good friend Jesse Dominguez, a veteran Roofer as well as many other Latino Roofers to start La Familia Roofing Academy. Becca has started WOW Ventures Inc, World of Women roofing sales reps, this together with La Familia and WOW will be revolutionary. So, people can get behind Jacoby Services LLC and La Familia and WOW and take it nationwide. At WOW we will hire mostly minority people such as women, Latino’s, veterans and young men and women that would never get this chance. We can take the average person with no experience in a fresh storm to making $100,000 within 6 months guaranteed. At La Familia, we take the average sub-contractor to a owner and 5x their profit per job, we will open offices in every hail damaged storm city this year. But La Familia Roofing Academy will always be based in St Louis. At Jacoby Services LLC we will do all general contracting work in a 100 billion dollar a year industry, that is recession proof. At La Familia Roofing Academy, we will train workers and sub-contractors in how to go from just starting out, to owning and running their own construction company. At WOW we will teach women to go from no experience to signing jobs in our industry.
